Construction on the Merritt Parkway in the southbound lanes will slow traffic until 6:00 AM tomorrow morning between exits 44 and 41, according to the State DOT:

WESTPORT - Road Work on RT15 Southbound between Exits 44 and 41 (5.3 miles) in effect today until Friday, May 28 at 6:00 am. The left lane is closed as is the Exit 41 off ramp. Reported Thursday, May 27 at 7:08 pm.

A 9:30 PM accident was reported, with responders heading to the Merritt Parkway in the northbound lanes, south of exit 41. No further information has been released.
