Santana Tribute Band Borboletta Delivers To A Packed Levitt Pavilion
Sometimes called the ultimate Santana Tribute Band, Borboletta returned to the Levitt Pavilion Thursday night playing some of the greatest hits from Carlos Santana delivering a high-energy performance Santana himself would have likely enjoyed. This seven piece band featured brilliant guitar work and driving percussion which brought the crowd first to their feet and then to the "dance floor" at the stage where the band's energy and musicianship was captivating. Leading off with the smash hit "Evil Ways" and "No One To Depend On", they also played lesser known tracks before delighting the crowd which could be seen singing along to "Black Magic Woman" and "Oye Como Va", songs many remembered. They performed "Hope You're Feeling Better" as their encore to a very enthusiastic Levitt Pavilion audience.
