The Westport Center for Senior Activities (WCSA) is accepting registration for programs for the winter semester, January – March 2022. The WCSA offers programs in Pilates, Tai Chi, fitness center work outs, exercise classes, studio art, self-help, support groups, current event discussions, history lectures, Shakespeare and book discussions, writing, French and Spanish classes as well as Mahjong and Bridge.
Those 60+ are eligible and can register on Myactivecenter for all activities, classes, and programs. There will be no drop-in visits or congregating during this initial re-opening phase. Everyone will be asked to maintain social distancing while in the building. Water fountains are not available so please feel free to bring your own water bottle. The WCSA will continue to conform to all COVID related Town of Westport policies; your safety is our utmost priority.
Please note: A $10.00 late fee will be added for anyone registering after Dec. 29 for any class that runs more than six weeks in length. A 2022 Fitness Waiver is required for any exercise class and can be found on our website (www.westportct.gov/seniorcenter). Scholarships for Westport residents are available by contacting WCSA Director, Susan Pfister at 203-341-5098. All scholarship requests will be kept confidential.
