Come Snow or Ice - Shoppers Remain Steadfast
Both snow and ice this afternoon were no match for Lululemon Athletica customers waiting to get into the popular store.
Saturday Shopping Downtown
The downtown area was busy this afternoon as sidewalks were cleared and shoppers took advantage of the clear weather. This marks the last weekend to grab gifts before Christmas from the retailers relying on the business this year after a dismal spring season.
Sushi on a Snow Day
The opening of Church Lane for snow plows also opened the road for customers of Pink Sumo japanese restaurant. Staff said they were happy to have the road open again, which helps with take-out orders. The sushi bar couldn’t offer outdoor seating due to the temperature-sensitive foods served, so they rely heavily on take-out business like tonight’s.
