Joe & his 1930 Model A Ford
Joe Opalinski stands with his 1930 Model A, a popular truck for the Ford Motor Company throughout the early 20th century. Opalinski took advantage of the nice weather to drive down to Compo to enjoy the day and see other classic cars as they leave their garages for the Spring. Opalinski is a member of the Fairfield County Model A’s car club. He purchased the truck ten years ago and had it restored, including the addition of the cargo section to recreate the grocery trucks of the era.
