Westport Wrecking Ball: 90 Morningside Drive South
The home at 90 Morningside Drive South is awaiting the wrecking ball after a February approval for the home’s demolition. Purchased in July 2020 for 2.64 million dollars by Mattera Construction, the former home was owned by the Doctor family since it’s construction in the Spring of 1964. The 5,446 square foot home sits on 2.36 acres and includes an in-ground pool and tennis court.
