Memorial Day Weather Forecast Improves
The National Weather Service, NYC has forecasted a better day tomorrow in Westport.
"A chance of drizzle or light rain, mainly before 8am. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 67. Northwest wind 7 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%."
Chances of rain will quickly lessen after sunrise, going from a 30% chance at 7:00 AM to just a 19% chance at 8:00 AM. By noon, chances will be less than 10%.
After a weekend that drenched the community, Memorial Day honors will most likely be given the go ahead as Mother Nature gives Westport a chance at drying out.
