Bill Frenz plays electric guitar to a dancing crowd on Saturday evening at the Levitt Pavilion. The band has been playing together since 1963 throughout the New York and Connecticut regions, rocking rhythm and blues on local stages for generations. Sea of Umbrellas
Umbrellas covered the sand at Compo Beach this afternoon as thousands converged on the Compo-Owenoke historic district. With most visitors leaving via Compo Road South, traffic crunches can be felt in the area of Compo Road South and Greens Farms Road as the influx of vehicles stresses the already busy traffic patterns.
