Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Kicked Off This Morning
Thousands gathered today at the Sherwood Island State Park to make strides against breast cancer. The event was canceled last year due to pandemic lockdowns, but returned in-force this year. The six mile walk started at 10 this morning; an estimated $225,000 were raised of the $300,000 goal.

Letter to the Editor: “both of these ladies display great passion…”
Letter to the EditorDear Editor,
I am writing in support of Jen Tooker and Andrea Moore for First and Second Selectwomen of Westport! Two of the hardest working women for our beautiful town. From my days of working with them both through our PTA connections, Board of Education, Board of Finance and various charitable organizations, both of these ladies display great passion and devotion to keeping Westport safe, fiscally sound and moving forward.
Please join me on November 2nd, in voting for these two extraordinary women who will lead Westport with distinction!
Sheila Flinn
