Westport COVID-19 Cases Up 1; State Hospitalizations Nearly Under 200 Patients
The Westport-Weston Health District reported 1 COVID-19 case for Westport over the past 24 hours. The State’s daily test positivity rate was up to 2.13% while hospitalizations were down 10.
Westport total positive or probable cases: 2,133 cases.
Westport total COVID-19 Deaths: 32 deaths.

Annual Children's Halloween Parade Tomorrow
The parade will begin up Main Street, go right on Avery Place and then left onto Myrtle Avenue. Children may trick or treat along Main Street and then meet on the Green for refreshments, small gifts and the entertainment of DJ Kenny Michaels.
Entertainment, refreshments and a small gift will be provided on Veterans Green across from Town Hall at 4:00 p.m. In the event that the rain continues tomorrow, Parks & Rec will make the call at noon tomorrow for the rain date of Thursday, same time and location. If the field on Veteran's Green is too muddy, town departments will give out goodies in front of town hall. The announcement will be available on the town Facebook and Instagram, and on the Parks & Rec cancellation line at: 203.341.5074.
