Westport COVID-19 Cases Up 5; State Positivity Rate 8.33%, Hospitalizations Up 25
The Westport-Weston Health District reported 5 new COVID-19 cases for Westport since Yesterday. The State’s daily test positivity rate was up to 8.30% while hospitalizations were up 25 patients.

Downtown Gas Leak Detours Continue into the Night
An afternoon gas leak near the intersection of Post Road East and Jesup Road has continued into the evening hours as detours continue. The leak was announced by the Westport Police Department just after 1:00 this afternoon. No cause has been announced.
