Santa Trades Sleigh for Gladiator during Pre-Christmas Tour of Westport
During an annual pre-Christmas pilgrimage throughout the Community, Santa Claus could be heard spreading good cheer to Westporters today through the jingle of his bells and the speaker of his megaphone. The Big Man himself toured downtown, Longshore, and the Compo Beach area as young passersby stopped to wave and say hi as his elves carefully blended into the town by driving his new sleigh - a Jeep Gladiator. Some say the jolly crew resembled Al’s Angels volunteers, however in a blink and a flash - they were off to the next stop along their route.
