Serious I-95 Car Accident Slows Southbound Traffic

A car accident, with a vehicle rolled over and possible occupant trapped, was reported just after 5:00 PM today on I-95 between exits 19 and 18 heading Southbound. Multiple trucks and/or vehicles may be involved. No other information has been released.
