First Snow Arrives over Westport Community

Although a flimsy forecast described little faith in snow today, the flakes began to fall earlier this evening - marking the first snow for the Westport community. The coastal New England town lends itself well to wintry weather as local roads and holiday decorations all seemingly brightened with each flake that landed within Town boundaries, like the historic Cribari Memorial bridge over the Saugatuck River.
