Another Spin Out
A truck remained damaged on the shoulder of I-95’s southbound lanes, just south of Exit 18, after a collision with the median. Dozens of spin-outs are being reported across the area as roadways remain slick and road crews attempt to keep up. I-95 was closed to trucks before daybreak, however passenger vehicles are still fighting the elements.
