Alison Joy Bryant, a longtime resident of Camano Island, WA passed away suddenly at her home on Sunday, November 14, 2021. She was 65 years old.
Born on February 13, 1956, Alison grew up in Westport, CT where she spent her time enjoying swimming, boating and sailing on the waters of Long Island Sound.
After graduating from Staples High School in 1974, Alison went on to attend Lesley College in Cambridge, MA. She then relocated to Northern Vermont where she met Robert Bryant whom she later married in 1981. They were married for 13 years. The couple relocated to the Pacific Northwest and had one son, Benjamin Drew Bryant.
In 1995 she relocated to her new home in Camano Island, WA where she met many new friends and became very well known in the community through volunteer work. In 1998 she met Cary Jorgensen and they spent the remainder of her life together boating, fishing and spending time with friends and family. Alison enjoyed spending her free time at the beach searching for agates and shells for her crafts and projects. She loved being on the water and exploring the Northwest.
Alison leaves behind her son, Benjamin Bryant; a brother, Andrew Frost; and her partner, Cary Jorgensen and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore and Frances Frost, along with both her maternal and paternal grandparents.
