I-95 Nearly Stopped Overnight
Planned DOT roadwork between I-95 northbound exits 18 and 19 slowed traffic to a near stand-still just after midnight on Friday. The roadwork resulted in left and center lane closures and heavy traffic for several miles - resulting in many exiting the highway to open roads on Route 1. Both lanes are planned to be re-opened by 6:00 AM Friday morning. Photo taken from the Hillspoint Road overpass, looking North, just after 12:00 AM.
