Troopers Slow I-95 Drivers to a Stop for Roadwork
Connecticut State Police slowly brought all northbound traffic on I-95 to a stop this evening to protect construction crews preparing for overnight work. The practice is known as a Traffic Break, and allows officers to gradually slow down traffic by position themselves at the front of it.
