Westport COVID-19 Cases Up 51 since Friday; State Hospitalizations Down, Positivity Rate Up
The State Department of Public Health reported 51 more cases in Westport since Friday. The State’s daily test positivity rate was up to 5.82% while hospitalizations were down 4 patients, with 113 patients currently hospitalized for COVID-19 throughout the State.
Westport total positive or probable cases: 4,204 cases.

Staples Boys Tennis Shuts Out Ridgefield 7-0
The championship Staples Wreckers boys tennis team, who have five state titles in the last five years to their name once again scored a lop sided win dominating in both singles and doubles on Monday at home. They dispatched Ridgefield in two sets, every match. With singles play Staples allowed only three games to the Ridgefield Tigers at most and for doubles, only one set was close, with a tiebreaker in the second set.
