Boston’s Laurel Greenfield All Smiles as Business Picks Up

Acrylic painter Laurel Greenfield remained positive as many shoppers still turned up for today’s art festival.

Greenfield’s vivid work has been featured in the Boston Globe and on Buzzfeed and includes bright depictios of food and people both on canvas, and on murals. She traveled to the festival from her Boston home with her husband, participating in the festival for the first time this year.

As Westport experiences one of the rainiest festival weekends on-record, she was initially discouraged by the weather - however despite the rain, Greenfield said that the shoppers who did turn up were eager to buy.
