Built in 1940, the cape has 3,472 square feet of living space and is situated on a 1 acre property. It was sold in February 2021 for $929,000. Because the house was built more than 50 years ago, the application was reviewed by the Westport Historic District Commission in November - who voted to uphold a decision to delay the issuance of a demolition permit for 180 days, until May 2023. An application for a demolition permit for Westport’s 12 Godfrey Lane, off of Bulkley Avenue North, was given the head nod by the Westport Historic District Commission last week, clearing the way for the wrecking ball. Built in 1955, the cape has 3,048 square feet of living space and is situated on a 1.15 ace property at the end of the quiet cul-de-sac. It was sold on June 24th for $1,150,000 to a local home development company. Because the house was built more than 50 years ago, the application was reviewed by the Westport Historic District Commission - who voted unanimously to waive the 180-day delay and allow issuance of the demolition permit. Built in 1910, the custom colonial home has 4,252 square feet of living space and is situated on a 0.47-acre waterfront property. It was sold on June 27th for $3,112,500. An application to demolish the 71-year-old home at 56 Reichert Circle was filed with the Town of Westport, and the 180 day delay was waived by the Westport Historic District Commission during their August meeting - clearing the way for its demolition. The 1,080 square foot home sits on 0.38 of an acre of land in an A zone, and has remained with the same family since at least the 1980s - being listed as a rental property in the past several years.

The 1,808 square foot home sits on 1.25 acres of land in a AA zone, and last sold in May for $1.1 million. Prior to the May 2021 sale, the home was purchased in June of 1991 for $405,000 - and was owned by the same family for the following three decades. The 3,386 square foot home sits on 0.98 of an acre of land in a AA zone, and last sold in June for $1.75 million.

The .34 acre property was last sold for $2.05 million and is owned by KLR Holdings, LLC., according to the intent to demolish. Named “Casa del Compo”, the home sits within the Compo Beach community and is the second in the path of the wrecking ball on Bradley Street.
